Commission pricing & Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Please read these carefully before deciding to apply for a commission.

  • All my artwork is digital, you will not receive anything physical. Only digital files.

  • Unless previously talked about, all my art is for private use only. (Noncommercial)

  • Commercial art may be subject to increase the commission's price.

  • At least half the payment must be done upfront. I won't start to work on it otherwise.

  • As the artist I still own the rights to the art and can, unless the client wishes otherwise, post it on my socials.

  • You are not allowed to resell designs that weren't commissioned. (Or single art pieces.) Premade adopts can't be sold, only reGIFTED.

  • Do not: Trace, edit or remove my watermark from any artwork or claim my art as yours.

  • Also do not: Trace or edit my art in general. (Ask for permission first! This excludes cropping images for icons/ banners or the like)

  • Do NOT put my art into AI or use it to train AI.

  • You are allowed to: Use my art as banner, icons, etc. Credit is not necessary but appreciated. ♡

  • I have the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time if I do not feel comfortable working on it any longer.

  • Requesting a refund AFTER the art is done (This includes the sketch draft) will result in being blacklisted. There is a zero refund policy after the art is done.

Working Timeframe:

  • These timeframes are when the work WILL be done at latest. I usually work fast(er). Just in case if something happens or hinders me from working on a piece, it WILL be done by this time.

  • Character Art: 1-2 Months

  • Emotes/ Badges: 1-3 Month (Depending on pack size)

  • Sketches: 1 month

  • Designs: 1-3 Months

  • I will usually send updates or check in with you every other step of the piece

  • You are free to contact me every 2 weeks if you have received no status update on your commission

  • Please keep in mind I work an IRL job on top of my art so sometimes I am a little more busy ♡

Will not draw:

  • NSFW of Real People

  • Mechas or non-humanoid characters (If they have human-like features I might still draw them)

  • Most likely no heavy fetish art (Please ask me if I'm comfortable with it first)
